People are subconsciously moved by childlike features like big eyes, round heads and chubby cheeks. We tend to feel an involuntary sense of tenderness and affection for objects with neotenic features; we often think their «cute». Basses chubby legs and rounded formations is supposed to imitate the proportions of a child, and appeal to our biological instincts. Basse is also inspired by the movement you can find in a spinning top. The chair consists of two different parts, which can be used together or separately. The seat of the chair can be taken off and put on the floor, and that is when all the fun movement begins.
